I am the fourth grade teacher at St. Paul's School.  I have a Bachelor of Arts in elementary education from Converse College, and am currently working to complete my Master of Education.  I am also certified in Middle Grades Language Arts.  After working as a long term substitute teaching a variety of subjects including Middle School English and PE, I am happy to call St. Paul's my home.

I am blessed to be a part our school family, and am thrilled to be able to share my faith with my students.  It is exciting to me to watch my students as they learn, grow and connect what they know with the world around them.  I look forward to a great year in the fourth grade.

From the principal

I am very proud to be the Principal at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic School. This is my ninth year here and it has been a wonderful experience; I have grown and learned so much! We have such a warm and involved school family!

I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and Special Education. My Master’s Degree is in School Administration.

I taught Special Education classes in Spartanburg’s District 6, then moved to Miami, Fla., where I taught for 18 years and was a principal for five years. For four years I acted as an Educational Consultant to hospitals that served children with psychiatric/psychological illnesses.

I am very happy to be back in Spartanburg. I graduated form Spartanburg High School. Now I am back at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic School where I was very active in the Parish CYO and my seven youngest brothers and sisters went to school.
